This is a really good point I actually never considered.

…except people aren’t born bankers or politicians - and it’s their decisions we hate, not their genes, unless yes, you are racist or sexist.

Identify a system that exploits (and why it does) without throwing logic out the window and claiming the materials used (people) are somehow the same as the damage it causes. Capitalism doesn’t need old white men at the top to be evil, it just needs a powerful minority exploiting a powerless minority, and any of us are physically capable of fulfilling either role.
